Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Exchange & Return Policy

To ensure the quality and safety of our products, orders cannot be opened or inspected upon delivery by the courier.

Free Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges or returns are accepted free of charge in the following cases:

• Receiving a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Receiving a product that does not match the order.
• Receiving the wrong size due to an error on our part.

Returns & Exchanges for Personal Reasons

If you wish to exchange or return an item for personal reasons, such as changing your mind or no longer wanting the product:

• Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Shipping fees will apply to the exchange or return.
• Reviewing the request and processing the refund may take up to 15 business days.
• Refunds are issued through InstaPay or electronic wallets only.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
